sitting under a tin roof with rain drizzling on it. renovations in full swing therefore i have icy toes. twin nephews being sick and squealing respectively. sister ungratefully demanding mum to fix twin no 1, and so mum is practicing kinesiology on him. (mum = whizz of alternative therapies) brother has eyes glazed over and fingers flicking on automatic pilot on his iphone. papa is high pitchedly whispering to twin 2 who is trying to steal his glasses. i am sitting here, dreadfully dreading flying away to europe imagining myself alone backpacking along drizzly backroads and the terrifying unknown. so there you have it... a depressingly miserable first post, i think i will come back in a better mood.
